It has a bright straw yellow colour and the traditional emerald green reflections of Trentodoc. Fragrant in its fresh sweetness, with subtle and therefore seductive aromatic tones, including aromas of flowering elderberry and grapefruit peel with light hints of apple, pineapple and bread crust. It enters the mouth decisively, cleanly with an almost tactile lightness, which is transformed into gustatory energy to be discovered by sipping it with the right desire.
Food pairing
Definitely a lively wine for the whole meal, a splendid combination with pasta first courses, mushroom risotto, seafood risotto or soups with crunchy vegetables; then with dishes of lamb, even pork and wild boar, sipping until the final dessert, those with a strong flavour, zabaglione above all.
